Watch the Time! SEPTA Changes Regional Rail Schedules
If you live in the outskirts of Philly or in the city itself, you at some point or another have most likely used SEPTA. Whether its been a bus or subway, SEPTA is a key part in the functionality of the city and helps its natives travel throughout Philly.
SEPTA regional rail is an integral part in transporting people to and from the city and its surrounding areas. Though frustrating at times, regional rail often times makes the commute from the suburbs easy, with constant updates on social media pages like Twitter, or through its own app, which allows you to view schedules and incoming trains.
Recently, SEPTA has changed its schedule which is effective Monday, August 5th. The new schedule changes affect all of the rail lines, except for the Airport line. What is changing exactly? Not a whole lot, but enough to make a difference in your morning or evening commutes! Rudy Chinchilla of NBC10 writes, “most changes will see trains departing between two and six minutes earlier than normal.” The new schedules detailing the times will be available at each regional rail station, as well as on their official website.
