Those in the Philadelphia area looking for more socially-distanced activities as the weather warms up are in luck. Topgolf, a global entertainment company, has announced the development of two new locations, one in Northeast Philadelphia and another in King of Prussia. Per the Philadelphia Business Journal, construction on the first facility will begin April 19th while the latter’s construction will get underway this summer.
The mission of Topgolf is to make the sport of golf more accessible and enjoyable by providing a lively atmosphere that includes food, beverages, television, and music. Of course, there’s golf-based games as well. Crowd favorites like Top Golf, Top Break, and Top Chip are available for casual and competitive play every location.
The popularity of golf has trended in a positive direction during the pandemic as one of the few sports where staying six feet apart is essentially built into the rules. Try out Topgolf this very summer!
