P!nk Donates To Temple Univeristy Hosptial After Recovering From COVID-19
The mega star, P!nk, posted on social media on Friday, April 3rd, to tell her followers that she had tested positive for COVID-19.
She and her son, Jameson, were experiencing symptoms of the virus a few weeks ago and the family isolated. They have both been tested again and are both negative.
Because of her frustrations with testing, P!nk has decided to donate to two hospitals that mean a lot to her. The first is Temple University Hospital Emergency Fund, in honor of her mother, Judy Moore. Judy worked at the hospital for 18 years in the Cardiomyopathy and Heart Transplant Center.
P!nk grew in Doylestown, PA, so Philly has a special place in her heart. Her father even grew up in Northeast Philly.
Along with the donation to Temple, she is donating to the Los Angeles Mayor’s Emergency COVID-19 Crisis Fund. P!Nk has donated $500,000 to each corporation.
Thank you P!nk for your generous donations.
She also advised people to stay home. If P!nk tells you to stay home, do it!
