The Jonas Brothers Brought Happiness to Philadelphia

Kevin, Nick, and Joe Jonas brought their Happiness Begins Tour to Philadelphia on the night of Sunday, August 18th and actual happiness along with it.
Joining them on tour was newcomer Jordan McGraw and BeBe Rexha. McGraw, the son of Dr, Phil, started off the night. He sang his latest single, “Met at a Party,” and other songs including a Blink 182 cover, and even met some fans in the stands.

BeBe Rexha was a show stopper as she sung many of her hits including “Me, Myself, and I,” “I’m a Mess,” “Meant to Be,” and other popular hits. She has the crowd going when she covered Post Malone’s “Better Now” and sang “Cause I’m rollin, rollin, rollin, rollin, with my brothers like it’s Jonas, Jonas.” Her entire band was from Philly, making it their hometown show.
The crowd was one of the loudest I have ever heard. The Wells Fargo Center erupted in the wave and cheers, especially when Danielle Jonas and their children were spotted.

The Jonas Brothers finally came on a little after 9:20 and it was so surreal. It was 2009 all over again. They opened with “Rollercoaster” and the tears were already starting.
There were plenty of old hits to satisfy fans, such as “Burnin’ Up,” “SOS,” “Mandy,” “Fly With Me,” and many more. They balanced it out with songs from their current album, as well, including their singles, “Sucker,” “Cool,” and “Only Human.”

Each night, the brothers do a fan request and at the Philly show, the song was “Pushin’ Me Away.” They even included solo work and songs from ‘Camp Rock.’ It was the setlist of every fan’s dream.
They took a shot and and shouted out Philly cheesesteaks and their memories of driving through the parkway.

You could see the look of awe on their faces many times throughout the night as the arena sang every lyric back to them, screamed at the top of their lungs, and did not sit down once.
I have never been to a concert where the entire crowd stood the ENTIRE TIME, sang every single lyric, and danced like their life depended on it. I needed a shower after the second song.

Whether you are a fan of the Jonas Brothers or not, attend one of their concerts. You will feel so happy and nostalgic afterwards. They put on an amazing show!

Thank you to the Jonas Brothers for one of the best nights of my life. Post-concert depression is so real.
