Kevin Hart Donates Food to Philly Elderly

Philly native Kevin Hart is making sure his hometown is taken care of during the COVID-19 pandemic. Usually, Hart makes everyone smile through comedy, but now it is because he is donating food through Hungry@Home.
Hungry@Home is a family-style food delivery service that provides food to residents without them having to leave their homes, which is perfect for this situation. Hart recently invested in the company.
Many of the people receiving the meals are the elderly that have been affected by the Coronavirus. He is also giving food to those who need it badly.
It isn’t just canned food that he is donating. It is fresh, hot meals. Hart plans on continuing this as much as he can for the city he loves so much.
According to Hungry@Home, all meals are made by a food safety trained professional chef and are sealed and delivered in temperature-controlled bags.
For every two meals donated through Hungry, the company will donate an additional meal to Feeding America.
Pennsylvania has over 5,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19, the ninth-most of any state, and has 90 deaths as of Thursday night. Philly has the most cases and deaths in the state.
